Reconnect with Your Spouse

Proven Methods to Save Your Relationship

Portrait of Keith York--Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Director of East Bay Center for Relational Recovery

About

We often hear that relationships take work — yet rarely are we told what that work actually looks like. Surrounded by cultural messages that a “good” relationship should be effortless & harmonious, many begin to quietly question themselves: What am I doing wrong? Why doesn’t my marriage look like everyone else’s? Am I with the wrong person?

The truth is that intimacy isn’t something you simply have — it’s something you actively create. Relationships naturally move through cycles of harmony, disharmony, and repair. This rhythm is not a failure; it’s part of being human.

Together, we can find where you are in that cycle and help you reconnect with the tools and understanding needed to reach the happiness that you and your partner deserve.

The rigorous years of training involved in becoming a licensed therapist has provided me with the ability to help my clients reach their goals as quickly as possible. The process doesn’t have to be long and drawn out. I prefer to work on a specific timeline according to what will work best.
Take the time to invest in yourself now. I find great pleasure in assisting couples and men on their paths of transformation into more relational couples and strong, big-hearted, whole men — I look forward to meeting you.

Couples Therapy

At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to supporting couples and men through meaningful change and connection.

With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in couples therapy and men’s psychology. Whether navigating subtle communication challenges or working through relationship crises, East Bay Center For Relational Recovery provides a safe and collaborative space to begin the process of healing and repair.

Our work is grounded in an understanding of the unique emotional landscapes that both men and women encounter in long-term, committed relationships. Together, we can explore ways to rebuild trust, recover from past relationship wounds, and create a more fulfilling emotional environment — for yourself, your partner, and your family.
